Just cuz it s a burrito, it doesn’t have to be unhealthy.

I ‘ve been craving chipotle for some time now. While it s not the highest quality food I ‘ll ever have, there are ways to make it a better choice. Skip the sourcream, cheese and guacamole. If you feel you can’t love without them, have them add only a little vs a generous helping. Opt for beans instead of the rice. Much better source of fiber and protein. I picked chicken and loaded it with veggies and lettuce so I d feel fuller. Yes, the sodium is still higher than I d like it to be, but what are you going to do. Make smart choices, be aware of what you’re putting in your body. You ‘ll feel better.

It’s no secret how much I love Jillian, but regardless this clothing line is a winner. It’s affordable, decent quality and super comfortable. My work clothes are basically training clothes, I need something I can wear all day, comfortably and can also work out in. These breathe well and look great.

I like to know how well I do during a workout. This guy helps me track my calories, my output, suggest training zones and just keep me on track. IT helps me push to hit certain numbers, keep up with the heart rate, or focus more on either fat burning or fitness. It’s like a workout compass.

Again, it’s no secret, I love the woman. her workouts and philosophy just really works for me. I love the convenience of the workouts, 30 minutes, no equipment needed and I can go on about my day. This is especially handy when I’m traveling and don’t always have access to a gym. Now her long anticipated Bodyshred program is finally available on DVD. I’m a certified instructor. I love teaching it as well as taking it, because it kicks my A**! I have yet ti get the DVDs, but the trailer looks insane. Another workout favorite. I had a chance to train with Dasha for a few months before I left NYC. She’s no joke, and she found a way to merge martial arts with kettlebells. Let me tell you it works your body in a whole new way. She finally rolled out the DVDs so I can train even though I live across the country now. Box sets are also packed with nutritional and health tips, as well as workouts for traveling.

My one and only stop for Reiki and massage. As a trainer, I know how important it is to get them on a regular basis. Jen can work out my kinks like no other.She’s not kidding with that deep tissue. I may yell and curse while I’m on the table, but feel so much better after! And if you’re a bit more spiritually inclined, a Reiki session with her is a most. Very powerful energy, helps me quiet my mind and my worries and keep me balanced.

Easy breakfast

Quick and easy, #protein filled #power #breakfast. So easy to make and will keep you full for hours

1 cup low or no fat @fage Greek yorgurt
Half a serving of #peanutbutter
Half a scoop of @vega_team vanillla #protein #powder
A little @so_delicious #coconutmilk milk
Half a serving of #oatmeal

I added a touch of honey and some frozen blackberries

Stick it int the freezer for about 10 minutes(optional) and you have yourself a #nutrient dense meal with all your #macros

2 pieces of Ezekiel toast with avocado and a little cream cheese
2 eggs over easy
2 slices of nitrate and preservative free slices of Turkey

Took me a grand total of 5 minutes to make it. No time excuses here.
